Flatmate wanted in Turnpike Lane - May 7th!

Hello :)

We are 3 twenty-something year olds looking for 1 flatmate to join us in our cozy flat from as soon as possible, ideally before or around May 7th. You would be signing on to our contract for a fixed 12 month term, so must pass referencing.

The room is part furnished and comes with a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe. We have a shared living room where we love to hang out and watch films.

Bills are around £90 per month, but usually a bit less in the summer.

Location: A 2-minute walk from Turnpike Lane station (Just 20 minutes to Leicester Square on the Piccadilly Line)
There are lots of shops around the corner for convenience, as well as big park, a mall and a £6 cinema!

Pets: We have a lovely dog and a cat – must be comfortable with animals.

Chloe and Sophie both work in Theatre so have an evening work schedule, but are very respectful and considerate when coming home late in the evening. Charlotte works a 9-5 so is out mostly during the day.
