A spacious room for a female in great location

I’m looking for a female lodger, who likes and don't mind to live with small animals in the house, to occupy one of the furnished bed room in my two-bedroom duplex maisonette. I hope to find a right person, calm and busy with own life, someone respect the personal space. Only female house.

About the flat:
No shared living room, no shared kitchen, unless for short time for essential cooking and use of washing machine. Two toilets.
No balcony or patio, but there's many parks around.
I have a few small animals, and I’m okay with a small hypoallergenic dog or cat if you have one.

Great location:
5-minute walk to Tottenham Hale Station (Victoria Line & National Rail)
4-minute walk to a retail park (Lidl, TK Maxx, Next, etc.)
15 mins by train to Stratford, Liverpool Street, or Oxford Circus
40 mins to Stansted Airport
Close to Tottenham Marshes, Walthamstow Wetlands, Lea river and parks
