Hey, I’m Oliver!

🏡I’ve got two rooms for the price of one available in our spacious 6-bedroom house just off Green Lanes . Due to HMO license restrictions, our landlord limits the house to only four tenants - which means 2 people get extra rooms.

I currently use mine as a jewellery-making studio, and Olly has his set up as a home office. The previous tenant also used theirs as an office, but the space will be completely empty and ready for you to make your own - whether that’s a studio, office, walk-in wardrobe, or just extra chill space (see pics attached!).
The house is fully furnished, and your main bedroom will come part-furnished with a bed, mattress, and clothes rail. Your bonus room will be unfurnished. House is kept really clean and on top of this we have a cleaner coming every two weeks!

Meet Your Future Housemates:

👱‍♂️Olly (26) – In-house accountant working at a small investment firm in Mayfair 3-4 days a week, and from home the rest. He trains BJJ at a local gym and is usually out most evenings, but you’ll see him around on weekends. Into films (good and trashy), the occasional pub trip, and a quieter vibe these days. Originally from Bristol/Devon, he’s lived in London for 2.5 years.
🧑‍💻 Kurt (28) – Works in IT, from Christchurch, New Zealand. He’s lived here a year and loves a BBQ in the garden, a kickabout, and climbing. Very sociable and relaxed—always down for a pint and occasionally hosts friends on weekends.
📹 Liam (25) – Scottish videographer working with a YouTuber. Super laid-back with a packed weekday schedule, so you’ll mostly catch him on weekends. Loves music gigs, pub outings, and is always easy to get along with.

Located on a quiet residential street with mainly young families, just minutes from Green Lanes home to amazing Turkish food, cafés, and an incredible bakery (Dusty Knuckle). There’s also a big retail park with major supermarkets nearby, and parks like Finsbury and Clissold within walking distance.
