Double Room in Communal, Queer-Friendly Home

Hello! We’re looking for someone lovely to join our home in Harringay from 1st August to the end of October. It’s a short-term sublet with the option to join the longer tenancy after that if it feels like the right fit.

You’d be moving into a small double room in a three-bedroom house, shared with two people in their 20s. We're a queer-friendly and open-minded household, and we’re looking for someone who shares similar values around care, communication and community. The house is fully furnished and has a really special feel to it. There’s a bright conservatory that we often use as a workspace, and a beautiful garden.

We cook and eat together fairly often, share responsibilities around the house, and generally like to treat this space as a home rather than just a place to sleep.

We’re about a 15-minute walk to Turnpike Lane station (Piccadilly Line), and also close to Harringay Green Lanes Overground. There are loads of great green spaces nearby – Finsbury Park, Alexander Palace and the New River Path – plus independent cafés, grocers and restaurants all within walking distance.

Rent is 730 per month excluding bills

The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and desk

One shared bathroom (shower only)
