Double Room in Communal, Queer-Friendly Home

Hello! We’re looking for someone lovely to join our home in Harringay.

We're in N15, just on Green Lanes in North London. Its a short term sublet from 15th January to April 15th, at 730 per month plus bills (roughly 100 each month). The deposit is 800, paid to the housemate who's leaving. The room is a double room, with plenty of inbuilt storage space and a desk.

Our home is fully furnished, with 2 other bedrooms, 1 large bathroom and a separate small bathroom, and lots of storage space. There’s a bright conservatory that we often use as a workspace, and a beautiful garden. We often spend time together in our cosy living room.

As housemates, we range from mid - late 20s, and early 30s. One of us is called Ihsan, and the other two are couple, called Sym and Gom. We also have a cat called Olive! Olive is a very chill, sweet cat. Our jobs and interests range from massage therapy to support work, making comics, art, and nature.

We're a queer-friendly and open-minded household, and we’re looking for someone who shares similar values around care and community. We cook and eat together fairly often, share responsibilities around the house, and generally like to treat this space as a home.
