Double Room in Communal, Queer-Friendly Home

Hello! We’re looking for someone to join our home in Harringay. We're in N15, just by Green Lanes in North London. We want someone special to join us from April 15th at the renewal of our tenancy, at £730 per month + bills in a cosy room with lots of storage.

[About our home]
Our home is fully furnished, warm and colourful, and we live communally and as friends. There are 2 other bedrooms, 1 large bathroom and a separate small bathroom, and lots of storage space. There’s a bright conservatory that we can use as a workspace where lots of plants live, and a beautiful garden we want to make nicer. We often spend time together in our cosy living room, cook for each other weekly, gossip and catch up <3 We value taking care of our space and we like to keep it clean for ourselves and each other (cleaning rota, improving the space, doing chores / things for each other and the house). We have a pullout couch and friends can come and stay over from time to time.

As housemates, we range from mid - late 20s, and early 30s. One of us is called Ihsan, and the other two are couple, called Sym and Gom. We also have a cat called Olive! Olive is a very chill, sweet cat who loves to cuddle. Our jobs and interests range from massage therapy to support work, making comics, arts and crafts, being in nature, going for a dance, and just trying to get through the day forced to work lol.

We're a queer + neurodivergent household, and we’re looking for someone who gets it and shares our values around care and community. Creativity, charm + vibes welcome!

[Key details, bills & requirements]
- We need somebody to join onto our renewed 1 year tenancy from 15th April 2026. Because of this deadline, we need to express formal interest with the landlord by the 3rd week of February and have all the referencing checks by March 15th. We are therefore looking for someone to confirm they would like to live with us by mid-February.
- The deposit is £800 to be paid before the start of the tenancy.
- A UK Guarantor is needed (They need to earn a high salary at over 25K/year + own property in the UK), and you should earn over 25K/year in income.
- Our bills are approx £100/month: roughly £45 each month for council tax, £6.25 for wifi, £20 for water, and £35 for gas & electric
- The room is a double room, with plenty of inbuilt storage space and a desk, and a nice window with view into our garden. It is on the first floor, and near the bathroom with a walk-in shower
- Single people preferred, not couples please
