My room is available to sublet from 12/09/25 for 4 months.
We have a lovely cosy warehouse space that's really clean, tidy and peaceful. We have windows in every room, a stage, all the cooking appliances you could think of.
The room available is very large with a mezzanine floor and comes furnished.
The household consists of 1male and 2 females, POC and LQBTQIA+. We are a mix of professionals and students. We are big into sharing dinners, going to the pub, watching movies together etc.
We are a household that hangs out but also respects everyone's alone time.
The room rate includes all bills. We have a weekly cleaning rota and all enjoy living in a clean warehouse space.
The environment is a great place to get into the warehouse community, creativity and various activitism.
