Hi I’m Freddie, I've got a lovely double bedroom in my house available to rent to a lodger.

The room comes fully furnished with a wardrobe, desk, bed, draws and everything else shown in the photos.

It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat so you’ll be sharing a bathroom with just myself but a kitchen with me and Alex (my other lodger). Please note there is no communal living room.

The kitchen has a new washing machine and air fryer. There’s also a lockable bike shed in the front garden for your use. It’s a lovely area with a 24hr Tesco and lots of cafes/restaurants 2 mins away, as well as a new gym. Theres a lovely pub nearby (The Salisbury) and a sushi restaurant/cocktail bar thats also really popular (Brouhaha).

There's excellent transport links all in walking distance:
Harringay Green Lanes Overground (Suffragette line): 7 min walk
Turnpike Lane / Manor House (Piccadilly line): 12/14 min walk
Harringay Network Rail Station: 13 min walk

A little further away there’s Seven Sisters station (Victoria line & Weaver Line Overground) a 9 min cycle on a lime bike.

Rent is £850 pcm which includes the council tax, water bill and internet. However you will be asked to pay a 1/3 split of the energy bill. This averages to about £30 per month each.
