The flat is based in a residential estate with a reception that is open most hours. I am moving out to be with my partner and the room will be unfurnished. I have a double bed frame and compact IKEA desk (not pictured) that I am happy to leave behind if you would like them.

There is one bathroom and one toilet as separate rooms. The shared space includes a kitchen with a fridge freezer, washing machine and gas cooker, a living room with a sofa, and a balcony with views of Tottenham and distant views of central London.


We are a 5 minute walk away for Seven Sisters station (Victoria Line, Weaver Line) with great access to The City (via Weaver, 20 mins) and the West end (via Victoria, 15 mins).

Owen is 29 yr Irish, queer currently working as a professional graphic designer for a large corporate firm in west London, He’s big into his art, loves going to galleries, gigs and likes to keep fit, spending most weekday evenings at the gym after work, reserving weekends for visiting friends and chilling out.

We are a sociable house who enjoy a good chat after work and a glass of wine on a Friday night, but we are respectful for personal space and noise. Happy to sit down with a board game or head to the pub for a drink, and equally to recharge batteries with a book.
