Looking for a flatmate

Unfortunatly my current flatemate is moving out as she is relocating for her job.

The flat has a new build vibe, and only a 10mins walk from Seven Sisters Station (Victoria Line). There is a cute cafe around the corner and a Tesco superstore by the station. The high street can get a bit busy but the immediate area of the flat is very quiet.

You'd have your own bathroom (not en-suite) and we would share the living space/kifchen. (There is a TV which came with the flat but it is not a smart TV unfortunatly) The balcony is free to use as well. The total bills (electricity/gas, water, wifi, council tax) comes to about £200 per month (per person). The deposit is £1300.

The room will have two bedside tables +2 lamps, a double bed, a drawer, and a small closet (not pictured).

I work in marketing and wfh three times a week. I also occasionally travel for work. I'm pretty chill and would love to have a yap in the kitchen but also like to hibernate in my room sometimes. We don't have a strict rotation for chores but understand the unspoken rule of consideration (and if you can be as much of a clean freak that's an added bonas haha) Also, would love to keep it a shoes off household.
