Room and Personal Studio Space in Large 4 bed

**Due to last minute let down we are prioritising those who could move in or at least secure/pay for the room immediately or in the next week max..

We are looking for short lets or for our fourth long-term flatmate for our beautiful Victorian Warehouse.
We live in the quietest courtyard of the lively warehouse district, so have the best of both worlds.
During the week we stay quietish, at weekend whatever.

We all get along very well and are busy girls,
-don't mind whether your are very social or very solitary.

As long as you are respectful, clean and trustworthy, aware of basic fire safety etc. -we would love to have you.

Please be aware the room price includes rent for the room and studio space, fast wifi, water, council tax.
it does not include energy, which is obviously variable. We are hoping for someone sensible who will help us keep bills down in winter by not being too wasteful. We have extremely high ceilings in shared spaces with lots of light and windows which is great, but while heating bedrooms is easy, our main space can be cold in winter.

We live a stunning and very cuddly cat. She seems to have low reactions for allergic people but of course may not be suitable if you have serious cat allergies.

all other needed kitchen equipment is provided and free for all to use
TV and projector in Main Space
Shared Desk Space on Lower Floor
Designated Studio Space upper floor

Room comes fully furnished with single bed and new IKEA mattress, desk, drawers, clothes rack.

You can get rid of the furniture provided and replace with your own if you wish, you can also paint and alter the room as you like.
