Looking for a young professional (female preferred) to take over a spacious room in our lovely flat in Harringay☺️
The room has a double bed, huge wardrobe, desk and desk chair. The house is located on a quiet street on the Harringay ladder, close to Manor House and Finsbury Park tube stations. Harringey green lanes overground is also nearby. There are lots of shops nearby on the Green Lanes as well as shopping arena which has Aldi, Sainsburys, Sports Direct and TKMaxx. 🛍️
There’s a GymGroup and lots of nearby green space for runs (Alexandra Palace and Finsbury Park) 🏃🏻♀️
The house has a large kitchen space, living room area and bathroom, with a washing machine.
You’d be moving in with two other flatmates:
Sian, 33, works in HR and from home a few times a week. Loves exploring London, pilates classes and a glass of wine. 🍷
Justine, 27 is a teacher. Loves going to the theatre, baking and salsa classes. 💃🏼
The landlord is always quick to respond when there’s an issue and sends a maintenance man out straight away if necessary. 🔧
Bills aren’t included but are split between the three of us. Total comes to around another £100-£150 per month each.
