Double room in friendly house with garden

I’m leaving our lovely five bed house on the Harringay Ladder to move in with a friend a little further out of London. The remaining housemates are looking for someone to move in.

The house was renovated just before we moved in 5 years ago, so everything is modern. We have a huge kitchen/ living space, a great garden, 2 upstairs bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. A monthly cleaner is included in the rent.

It’s on the Harringay ladder, just off Green Lanes, so we have the luxury of being close to three stations. It’s a 10 minute walk to:
-Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly line)
- Harringay (National Rail)
- Harringay Green Lanes (Overground)

Our landlady is really great and deals with any issues straight away. The property is managed by Winkworth who will complete reference checks/ introduce you to the landlady before adding you to our tenancy agreement.

Fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Bills aren’t included, but we each chip in around £100 a month which covers everything.

Deposit is £640.

Your housemates will be 4 girls in their 30s who are from Ireland, Australia and NZ. We’re a sociable lot and hang out together in the evenings and on weekends when we can and are a nice mix of young professionals.
