A spacious, sunny double room with a large private bathroom is available in a beautiful four-bedroom Victorian house. The home is ideally located just minutes from both the tube and overground, as well as the vibrant Crouch End area. The scenic Parkland Walk—perfect for jogging or leisurely strolls—is only a 3-minute walk away, and the local high street offers a great selection of shops, cafés, and amenities.

You’ll be sharing the house with myself and my two lovely children (a boy, 10, and a girl, 8). I’m looking for a tidy, kind, and child-friendly female student who would enjoy a welcoming home environment and might also be interested in some occasional babysitting.
