Double En-Suite in Harringay

Spacious double en suite to rent in a lovely residential area of Harringay.

We are looking for a fourth person to move into this house with at the end of October. The house is comprised of a sitting room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, a basement, and a garden. Parking is possible but a permit would be required. The room would cost £850 a month and bills are currently around £120 which will likely increase in the Winter due to energy costs. The house's council tax band is E. The deposit is £1000.

You would be living with me (James, 26), Joe (30), and Shirley (26). We would be looking for somebody that is of a similar age. As a house we like to socialise and spend time together whenever we can outside of our busy normal lives. I work Monday-Friday in an office in London, Joe is an electrician, and Shirley is a graphic designer and mostly works from home.

Current situation: We know the current tenants and will be taking over their lease once they leave at the end of October.
