Large double room in a creative warehouse

Hello!

We have a double room with windows/natural light and en suite available in our warehouse based in Arena Design District!

Bills are not included (£185 a month) and deposit is 900.

You’d be sharing with one male, one female, both 31. Nat is a graphic designer and illustrator/sculptor and Lauren is a florist and student. There’s a large lounge/kitchen area on the ground floor and patio space out the back. Parking space available out the front. The house and area is fully inclusive for everyone, many events held locally to support community and artistic endeavours.

We’re 10 mins from Manor House/Seven Sisters, 20 from Finsbury Park and buses will take you into central in 40 minutes. Direct links to Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted from nearby stations.

Pets considered! We’d love someone who is creative and really wants to make the most of living in a creative environment. We’re a house full of books, art and plants, hopefully someone who is here for the long term and wants to help make the space their own.

Move in is 10th October, so someone who is available as soon as possible. Lodger agreements with primary leaseholder and deposits are secured.
