Looking for 2 creative housemates x

Hellooo, we’re looking for two new housemates to join us in a chill creative/postgrad house! Ideally looking for people with similar interests because it’s nicer to live with friends:)

The place is in Harringay/Manor House near Finsbury Park. It’s well-connected within 10-15min walks to loads of buses as well as Piccadilly, Victoria, Sufragette, and Weaver lines. We also have some really nice spots around: obv Finsbury Park, reservoirs, Green Lanes with all the Turkish restaurants, amazing local pubs, and ginormous shops for groceries and beyond just 5mins away.

A 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shared living room, kitchen, and garden! Rent is £700 for the smaller and £725 for the bigger room. I’d say pretty decent for London. Bills add up to ~100. Deposit is 5 weeks of rent but I’ll double check later. The contract is for 12 months, 10.10.2025 - 09.10.2026

The new housemates would have to pass the usual referencing: previous landlord’s reference, 3 months of bank statements to prove some income stability, and a UK guarantor. A bit annoying but it is what it is

You’d be living with me and Katya:) I’m Saule, a 23-year-old Lithuanian doing a part-time MA in film studies, and working in film distribution + a little bit of hospitality. I love a good walk, especially if I end up at an art gallery/cinema, but Sainsbury’s can be fun too. Katya is 21, American-Belarussian, starting her full-time MA at SOAS. She’s really fun and friendly, passionate about gender studies, development economics, sports, and a good bowl of dumplings.
