This is a newly built, spacious, en-suite double bedroom in a friendly, family home. Energy, broadband, council tax, water bills are all included. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside lamps, clothes storage, TV, desk and chair. You will have access to our large kitchen and back garden. There is parking available if you have a car but it is an additional cost of approx £55 per year for an economic car. We also have storage for bicycles.

We are a family of 4, with two boys aged 11 and 14, and we have two cats who are pretty fluffy, so if you have allergies to cats it might be an issue although they would never be in your room and very rarely set foot on the top floor.
