Big Double Room

Hello everyone!

Our lovely flatmate Jessica move back to her hometown after more that 8 years sharing with us. We are 4 girls looking for the 5 one to join us in our lovely house!!

Bright massive double rooms in Hornsey area ( between Crouch End, Turnpike Lane and Harringay) by November (possibility to move in before)

The house has a spacious kitchen, one bathroom upstairs, a toilet downstairs and an incredible huge garden.

The area is quiet and is 12 mnt walking from Crouch End, Haringey, Alexandra Palace , 25 mnt to Highgate village and 10 minutes walking to the near tube station Turnpike Lane.

Nearby are a lot of shops ( Tesco, Sainsbury, Morrisons, Aldi, Lidl) as well as cool coffee shops, restaurants and pubs with live music just 5 mnt walk away.

Rent is £750 per month + bills which are around £100 ( summer is around £60 and Wintertime around £100).

You will be sharing with a Photographer, a Hospitality manager, a Engineer , and an Artist/Illustrator .We are looking a friendly professional -ideally FEMALE/LGTB/NON-BINARY and all in between to keep the balance...-someone who want a place to call home and collaborate to keep it clean and tidy.

We spend some time together and talking about our day, but we also maintain our privacy and the silence at night to respect others which is a must and to rest properly as this is a Professional house. We like going out and have fun but we're not looking for someone who will bring the party home. This is NOT a party house. We really value our resting time and keeping our friendly vibe and peaceful house.
