Hey folks,

I am moving out of my lovely little home to go travelling and so need someone to take over the lease ASAP. The room is available from 26th September onwards, or alternatively, we can put up a subletter until late October.

You'll be living with 5 other lovely, easy-going people. I am queer and vegan, so can assure you this is an open-minded house. We would be looking for a flatmate who is similarly chill and open-minded.

The room comes fully furnished. The rent is £560 plus bills, which vary, but always come to just under £100 per month.

The house has a shared living room, kitchen, garden. There are 5 bedrooms (4 singles and 1 couple), 1 fully fit bathroom with bath, 1 shower room, 1 out-house type toilet (seen pictured). We work on different schedules so rarely clashes for shower times.
