Large room, 3 bed, 2 bath, house with garden

We are looking for a lovely new housemate (or housemates) to move in November/December (tbc.)

It’s a really large room, in a house currently occupied by 3 women, 2 of whom are staying on whilst the other is moving out with her boyfriend.

There are two showers, two toilets, a bath and a well kept patio garden which gets lots of sun on the summer. It’ has an open plan living/dining space and a generously sized kitchen.

We would prefer another women of a similar age and interests to join us, but would welcome a couple if it feels right too.

It’s an easily commutable area, on regular bus routes, only a 10 minute walk to Seven Sisters tube (Victoria line) and with overground links.

The room itself will NOT be furnished, but the rest of the house is.
