My housemate and I are looking for a third professional to join us in our lovely, modern flat based in Harringay with a balcony that looks out to the shard!

It is fully furnished and well equipped, including a dishwasher, oven, washing machine + drier. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with the other housemate, Roshni, which has both a bath and shower.

It is conveniently located in North London, only a 10 minute walk from the overground + tube, as well as many bus routes that take you to central London. It is also only a 10 minute walk from a large Sainsbury’s + Aldi, and there are many other shops, markets + bakeries down the high street.

Bills are NOT included, roughly come to £150 ppcm (council tax band E, wifi, water, heating, electricity), pets and couples are not welcome.

We’re looking for someone who will be clean + considerate like us in a safe + cosy home, but is equally sociable, silly and spontaneous ✨.

Ins: yoga, chronic yapping, iPad time, a good boogie, sunbathing on the balcony, shared dinners, and much needed post-work pub trips (and the hangover debriefs to follow!).
