Double Room In Lovely House Share

Hello hello! We are Emyr (40M) & Janine (34F) and we are looking for new housemates since the current house couple have excitedly moved out to buy there first place together

We are preferably looking for housemates who will carry on the friendly and social vibe of the house. We each have our own lives, but like to occasionally share food and hang out over a board game or a film

The room is a large double bedroom in a shared house, which includes:

Large Kitchen / Dining Area - Often a focal point of the house where, as keen cooks / bakers we make delicious food and hang out. Lots of appliances and gadgets for anyone who want to cook up a storm. We also have a piano in this room as well as bike racks in the back porch area for each of the housemates

Large Living Room - We have a big TV with a nice sound system as well as lots of comfortable sofas and chairs. One sofa also opens up into a double bed for guests if you have anyone visiting!

Small Office - We have small second downstairs room which we currently use as a work from home / office area

Enormous South Facing Garden - We have the most wonderful space out the back. It’s big enough to have great parties and social events as well as relax amongst the flowers and trees. We even compost our own food waste out there and grow vegetables

Bathrooms / Toilet - Main bathroom upstairs including a bath/shower and bidet. Also a secondary toilet downstairs.

House Mates - Emyr works in the film industry as a crew member and spends a lot of time out of the house working away. Janine works in comms from home

The Area - Situated between Seven Sisters and Turnpike, it’s a nice area with cute coffee shops and pubs. Very accessible to most places in london.
