Room in Finsbury Park

Hello!
We’re looking for someone to join our lovely warehouse home in Harringay, located in the Arena Design Centre. We’re a friendly household of 13 people in total, sharing the space with our two resident cats — they’re very social and quite the local celebrities!
Our warehouse has plenty of charm and shared spaces, including a garden, music stage, studio, movie projector, workbench, pole-dance area, and a small gym.
Over the years, we’ve grown into a big family — we love cooking dinners together, going out as a group, and hosting the occasional movie night. This isn’t a party house, but every now and then, we enjoy a jam session or creative evening.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys communal living, is friendly, tidy, and maybe a bit of a foodie. Ideally, you’d also like to get involved in house projects and help us keep the space full of life and love.
Rent is £775 per month, all bills included, plus £10 towards cleaners and shared utilities.
This is an example of one of the rooms — you’re welcome to decorate and paint it however you like!
