Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my room tenancy in a beautiful house in Turnpike Lane. The contract hasn’t been signed yet, so it’s still flexible. The rent is £670 per month (excluding bills), and there’s a £650 rolling deposit that would need to be paid before moving in. The house is just an 8-minute walk from Turnpike Lane station / Wood Green station, in a great location with easy access to transport and local shops. You’d be sharing the house with three lovely girls, all in their twenties — they’re friendly, respectful, and keep the place clean and cosy.
