Hi I'm Liam,

One of our flatmates is moving out and I'll be swapping rooms with them, so a room in our 6-bedroom house in Harringay has become available. Due to HMO license restrictions, our landlord limits the house to only four tenants.

The house is fully furnished, and your main bedroom will come part-furnished with a bed, mattress, and clothes rail. The room is fit for a WFH set up. There is a large shared kitchen area, separate living room and garden which is great in summer. The house is kept really clean and on top of this we have a cleaner coming every two weeks!

Current household:

Liam - Originally from Glasgow but have lived in London for nearly 2 years. I'm working full time in content creation in the YouTube space. I often work evenings so won't be around as much during the week but make time for the pub at the weekends.

Olly - In-house accountant working at a small investment firm in Mayfair 3-4 days a week, and from home the rest. He trains BJJ at a local gym and is usually out most evenings, but you’ll see him around on weekends. Into films (good and trashy), the occasional pub trip, and a quieter vibe these days. Originally from Bristol/Devon, he’s lived in London for 2.5 years.

Kurt (28) – Works in IT, from Christchurch, New Zealand. He’s lived here a year and loves a BBQ in the garden, a kickabout, and climbing. Very sociable and relaxed—always down for a pint and occasionally hosts friends on weekends.
