Lovely bright room to rent on green lanes

Hello lovely peeps! I'm leaving my lovely room to go live with my friend.
I'm sad to be leaving the house as it great and the people are lovely!

The room is bright, partially furnished (bed, mattress, desk, shelf unit) but you can ask the landlord for more furniture if needed. The room is on the first floor.

You would be living with:
Tamara (28, F), she works parts from home parts in the office for a marketing agency. She enjoys going for a drink, a gym sesh and a good boogie.
Ollie (30, M), also works half from home and the office for a bank. He enjoys going for to a gig or festival, going to the pub.
And Ayesha (22, F), she's a student working in fashion design. She enjoys doing arts bits, a good movie night and going out for dinner.

We're a sociable house, we'll go for the odd drink together, chat over dinner but we also respect each other's privacy.

The bills are about £100/£150 depending on time of the year. There is a shared living room, big kitchen, garden and one bathroom.

We are looking for someone in their mid/late twenties or early thirties, you can work from home that is not an issue.
