- 3 bed, 1 bathroom flat with a nice big, bright open plan living area, right on Harringay Green Lanes which is such a cool area, I'm such a fan !!
- Current rent is £820, bills ~ £100 (council tax band C)
- The best housemates in the world! They're my pals Eva and Ben who I know from uni, very sociable, tidy and friendly, always keen to do something but also respectful of each others space
- Contract runs from the middle of the month, I'll be moving out just after mid Nov and it'll run til mid Feb with option to renew after
- We're planning on doing a lease transfer, so there may be a slight increase in rent in the process, but I'll cover the admin fees for the transfer.
