Hi there! We have three rooms available in our lovely Victorian house, located between Harringay Green Lanes and Manor House. Each room is generously sized and comes with its own perks:
Room 1 – Private Terrace + Canal Views (£910 p/m + bills)
A bright double room with its own private roof terrace overlooking the garden. Located on the middle floor next to the bathroom, it gets plenty of natural light. Furnished with a new double bed with built-in storage underneath, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.
Room 2 – South-Facing (£810 p/m + bills)
Slightly larger than Room 1, this middle-floor room features a south-facing window that means the room gets lots of natural light. Also next to the main bathroom, it comes with a double bed and chest of drawers, with the option to add a wardrobe.
Room 3 – Spacious & Couple-Friendly (£960 p/m + bills)
The largest room in the house, this room is north-facing with two large windows, offering morning light. Furnished with a double bed, a double wardrobes, and space to add a sofa.
About the House
This is a spacious Victorian home with a large open-plan living / dining room with plenty of space to work from home. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and there’s a second bathroom downstairs as well as a utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
We also have a garden with space for summer dinners, garden parties, and have been using it to grow vegetables.
Bills & Transport
Bills are approx £130–£140 each p/m, with room to reduce depending on lifestyle.
Manor House station is a 10-minute walk, and Harringay Green Lanes Overground is just 5–10 minutes away.
Buses 141, 341, and 29 stop nearby.
Finsbury Park is one street over — perfect for walks, runs, or picnics — and Finsbury Park station is a 15-minute walk through the park or 10 minutes by bus.
Arena Shopping Park (5 mins walk) has everything: Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Poundland, Superdrug, and The Gym Group.

We’re two young professionals in our mid-to-late 20s. One of us has lived here for 1.5 years and is staying on as others move out to travel or buy property (they’ve been here 3 years — a testament to how great the house is!). The other moved in 2 months ago and is also keen to stay another year.
We’re looking for friendly, considerate housemates who’ll help keep the space tidy and homely.
The Contract
Joint tenancy for 1 year
Deposit: £820, held securely in a DPS scheme
Viewings
It would be great to do some viewings over the next 2 weeks as the landlord would like referencing to be completed by 20th November, we can be pretty flexible with timings for viewings so please let us know what works for you 🙂
