Rent: £875 + approx. £180 bills (slightly higher in winter due to electric heating).
The room is a double, unfurnished, with a built in wardrobe. There is room for a desk also!

My flatmate’s moving out after buying a place, so I’m looking for someone to take over her spot on the lease (renewal coming up).

The flat is bright and homely, with lovely North London views and a balcony for sunny days.

Harringay/Seven Sisters/ South Tottenham – between Seven Sisters and Turnpike Lane stations, with plenty of bus routes nearby. Close to parks and supermarkets, with a convenience store just downstairs.

I work long hours in the week so I like to keep home calm and comfy. I’m easygoing and value a friendly chilled vibe! Lgbtq+ friendly :)
