Available from 1st Feb (with possibility for earlier move in).

Rent: £875 + approx. £180 bills (slightly higher in winter due to electric heating).
The room is a double, unfurnished, with a built in wardrobe.

My flatmate’s moving out after buying a place, so I’m looking for someone to take over her spot on the lease (12 month renewal coming up).

The flat is bright and cosy, with lovely North London views and a balcony for sunny days. Please note there are a few flights of stairs up to the flat.

📍 Location:
Harringay/South Tottenham – between Seven Sisters and Turnpike Lane stations, with plenty of bus routes nearby. Close to parks and supermarkets, with a convenience store just downstairs.

I work long hours, so I like to keep home calm and comfy. I’m pretty easygoing and value a friendly chilled vibe!
