My flatmate’s moving out after buying a place, so I’m looking for someone to take over her spot on the lease (renewal coming up). This would mean signing a new contract with our letting agents and a deposit would be payable to them.
The flat is bright and homely, with lovely North London views and a balcony for sunny days.

Harringay/Seven Sisters/ South Tottenham – between Seven Sisters and Turnpike Lane stations, with plenty of bus routes nearby. Close to parks and supermarkets, with a convenience store just downstairs.
