Large double room in a sociable house

Hey 👋
We are looking for a new housemate to take a big double room in Turnpike Lane. Rent is £897pcm, all bills included.
(Also a possibility to take over the spare room as your working from home office space. That would cost £1347pcm, all in)

The house features a large living area, one bathroom upstairs, one downstairs toilet, kitchen, spacious conservatory, and a big garden with a patio and barbecue. The room itself is part-furnished (double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws) and available to rent from the 1st of December (or 20th of November if you need to move sooner), for a long-term let.
Unfortunately the property isn't wheelchair friendly - the room, located on the ground floor, is accessible by one step, however the bathroom is at the top of a flight of stairs. There are no adaptations and no phone entry system.

The house is a minute walk from Turnpike Lane tube station (Piccadilly Line Zone 3, 15 minutes to King's Cross) and 5 minutes’ walk from Hornsey station (ideal for someone working in the City or east).
We're atop Haringey Green Lanes, near lots of places to eat/drink, and just south of Wood Green's high street. Alexandra Palace is 20 minutes' walk west, along with Crouch End and Muswell Hill.

You'd be sharing with three sociable, friendly male tenants, who work in fashion, media and research. We're looking for a similarly social, clean and tidy person to join us. They must be LGBTQ friendly.

Viewings with all three of us will start from the 19th of November, but if you wish to view the property before, that can also be arranged.
