Small double room: carpet and bed newly purchased in April. Furnished with wardrobe, shelves, chest of drawers; could also fit in a small desk. Room looks out over side return & garden. To share with one other quiet, professional resident, plus 3 cats.

There is a refurbished kitchen and attic storage space, but no full-time shared living room (I use it for working from home). Broadband included.
