~2-months sub-rent: large double in friendly house

Hello! I'm going away for two months in January (to Côte d'Ivoire, to study French) and am looking for someone clean and friendly to rent my large room in our friendly house share for that period :)

The other trio living here are: Pepi (she/her, 34), a postdoc researcher who enjoys basketball, cycling and other outdoors activities; Dina (she/her, 33) an interior designer who enjoys walks in nature, drawing and going to gigs, and Jasper (he/him, 32), who works in in tech and likes running and music.

The room:
The room is a large and comes with a double bed, a table and a couch (which is also convertible into a bed). It gets plenty of light during the day and has several cupboards. (Furnishings will remain).

The house:
Our two-story house is on a quiet street with parks nearby. It has a living room and an amazing kitchen/diner pass-through to a south-facing garden. There's also two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bath/shower tub).

The neighbourhood:
The house is close to good pubs and is about a 20 min walk to West Reservoir and the Castle Climbing Centre. There are also several restaurants nearby, including many Turkish ones.

The place is well connected, with Manor House, Harringay Green Lanes, and Harringay stations all in walking distances. There are also plenty of buses and good cycle routes nearby. On street car parking is also available.

We try and maintain a friendly and welcoming home - we have friends over from time to time and occasionally use the living room as a spare room if a friend’s visiting. Someone who's clean, organised, and social would be a great fit!

Bills come to around 150/month (internet, gas/energy, water and council tax).

The room's to rent from early-to-mid-January till late March (I'm a little flexible on dates).
