Large comfy double room on the harringey ladder

Hello - the room is a very large room with ample natural light. My flatmate who rents the other room is easy going and chill guy - a big Arsenal fan and long time north londoner working in the hospitality industry. Flat is great and a large garden makes hanging out washing in the summer very convenient. About 7/8 mins walk from Turnpike Lane station or 5 mins from Hornsey station on the thameslink. Landlord is very reasonable as well. I'm moving out to live with a partner. The flatmate has a lovely cat as well, Macski who is very well behaved and affectionate.
