We have a small double room going in our 4 bed terraced house in Harringay Green lanes (5 mins walk to Harringay green lanes overground, 15 min walk to Manor House and Harringay station).
About the area:
Harringay Green lanes is spoilt with choice for Turkish restaurants, A few great local pubs, we like to go to Brouhaha for cocktails and live Jazz. You have everything you need within a 5 minute walk and big local Sainsbury’s.
Lots of nice local Parks including Finsbury Park and Clissold park
About the room:
Top floor bedroom. Lots of lovely light and looks onto the Garden. Unfurnished although the bed frame may be available. We have a separate living room, kitchen, upstairs bathrooms (incl. 1 bathtub), separate downstairs toilet and shower (so no long waits for the bathroom), and a garden. Plenty of space to work from home if you need. Rent is £652 plus bills are around £ 105 pcm. Contract starts from early February (maybe a bit flexible) Looking for someone long term, ideally 1 year minimum, the contract is renewed in July. Living with three others, all in their late twenties/early thirties and looking for someone around the same age. LGBTQ friendly
Molly, 28 (she/her) - British, Actor, When she not working you can find her at the pub with friends, going to festivals, gigging or going for a long run.
Alex, 32 (she/her) - British, Actor, When she’s not working you can find her open water swimming, at the pub with friends, going to gigs, lots of yoga and tying her best to learn guitar.
Jaz, 32 (she/her) British, Theatre set and costume designer, When she’s not traveling around the country designing incredible theatre, you can find her head to toe in sequins dancing at festivals, at the pub with friends or on her annual ski trip
We would love to find someone who is sociable and is also respectful of down time! We love a summer BBQ or a cozy night in on the sofa.
We’re looking for someone who:
Contributes to our home, Is kind and considerate, likes to be social and have some silliness. Also must love Cats as Molly will be welcoming a new member soon.
We have a fortnightly cleaner but being clean and tidy is a must as it’s our safe haven
