We have three rooms, one mezzanine, one large double and one loft room available from the 8th of December (with some leeway) in our warehouse in the Harringay Warehouse District

We are a Queer & FLINTA BIPOC/global majority warehouse, so have a strong preference for housemates who are the same.

About us:
We are a 9-person household and have a 4 month old kitten and a 14 year old chihuahua, so are unable to take any other pets.
We're all between the ages of 21 - 31, have a mix of jobs, hobbies and interests, and are generally a caring, creative, book-ish and cat-loving bunch of people.
We're a fairly sociable house and often watch movies or play games together, though many of us are out a lot and like our solitary time too - more cosy friendly vibes than intense close-knit commune.
❌ Please note we're not a party warehouse and generally try to keep noise down after 11pm, and we also don't smoke indoors.

What we're looking for in a housemate:
❤️ Someone who's considerate and respectful towards other housemates, cleans up after themselves, communicates well and can handle living with lots of people!
We share house-running responsibilities between us, so we'd need you to contribute to practical tasks and making this a nice home for us all to live in together.
We're also hoping to live with people who understand self-care is part of community care, and have a solid support network to lean on.

Practical stuff:
• Rent is £695 per month, and includes all bills, shared households like toilet paper, soap, detergent etc, and a cleaner once a fortnight. If you're on UC that's no problem.
• The rooms are all available from the 8th of December (3 of our housemates are moving into a new place together), with some leeway if this doesn't work for you, please just ask and we can try to be flexible.
• The rooms currently available are a mezzanine room, which comes with a double mattress and has a small skylight window, a large double with a small skylight which comes unfurnished, and a loft room with a bigger skylight and opening window that is also unfurnished.
• We have 3 bathrooms and different schedules so there isn't usually a wait for the toilet or shower, the house is also pretty big so it never feels cramped.
• We're well-connected in terms of transport: close to Manor House or Seven Sisters tube stations, Stamford Hill overground, and lots of bus stops nearby.

Some things to note:
The walls are thin so noise can be an issue, and it can also get pretty cold in the winter, but there's electric heaters floating around the place. There's also very limited light that comes into the two downstairs rooms from the small skylight window.
