It is fully furnished and I can provide bedding and towels if required. The cost includes all bills as well as a weekly cleaner (who is willing to do ironing at an additional cost if required). There is secure parking available in the rear garden. The garden is the only element waiting to be renovated and is likely to be completed next year. The garden can still be used.
