I am looking to sublet my room whilst I move back in with family for a little while up North. The term would be from 7 January - March (can be flexible). Rent is £850/month.
The house is a beautiful 4 bed in Harringay Ladder with a separate living room and a kitchen-diner (with a dishwasher), as well as a garden. There is 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and a small office room / study.
There are three other housemates - all women in their late 20s / 30s.
The house has great transport links: 5 mins walk to Harringay train station (3 mins train to Finsbury Park station where you can get the Victoria and Piccadilly line). Buses are 5 mins walk away and Harringay Green Lanes overground is 9 min walk.
If you’re looking for a short-term place to stay in London with lovely people in a gorgeous house, this is definitely the place!
