I am subletting my room from the 22nd of December until the 20th of January.
£180pw or £700 for the whole month as that is my preference! But shoot me a message with what dates you'd be interested in and we can arrange a viewing :) Couples considered for £250pw and pets also considered.
The room is very big and fully-furnished with the usual stuff: Bed, desk, chair, large wardrobes, side tables.
My absolute favourite thing is the private backyard off of the room. Because it's off the room you will have solo private access! (unless you want to have some friends over which is totally cool). There's a few chairs out there and a mini barbecue. You'll definitely see a bunch of squirrels, neighbourhood cats and the occasional fox. Just lovely ^_^
You'll be living with Tom who is a musician, super chill, clean and considerate.
