Double Room N15 Short term JAN2026 ONLY

For the month of JANUARY ONLY (1 month stay)

Move in date can go from 1st to 6th of January and be until 4th of February.

I am looking to sublet my room in our bright and cozy flat in Seven Sisters. The location is fantastic—just a 2-minute walk to South Tottenham Overground Station, 5 minutes to Seven Sisters Tube and Overground Station, with excellent access to multiple bus routes.

You’ll find plenty of amenities nearby, including three large supermarkets, Boots, a pharmacy, pubs, restaurants, and a great grocery shop that stays open late. For nature lovers, there are lovely spots like the canal, Markfield Park, Springfield Park, Tottenham Marshes, and Walthamstow Wetlands all within walking distance.

We are a creative household that takes great care of our home and our many plants. We’re ideally looking for someone who shares this mindset and is committed to maintaining the flat and the plants. Being tidy and clean is essential, and we prefer someone who will leave the space in better condition than they found it. A vegan or vegetarian lifestyle would be a plus! We value a relaxed, creative, tobacco-free, and respectful environment.

You will be sharing the flat with Maria (event producer and musician) and Gergo (builder and musician)
