Bright Room in a Friendly Warehouse

We have a room available in our lovely Overbury Road warehouse available from 5th January 2026 (can be earlier if circumstances need). The room is £675 pcm all-in, which includes all bills and a weekly cleaner for communal areas.

The house has 12 bedrooms, a large kitchen and 3 spacious bathrooms, as well as a huge living/work area with a projector for film nights, a bouldering wall, and a desk/art area for working from home or pursuing that hobby you never had the space for.

You'll be living with 11 other amazing people who I've grown to love over the past 5.5 years I've lived here and will be friends with for life. We are an involved household and looking for someone communally-minded and considerate, who is looking for more than just a bed to sleep in. We aren't a party house and have a lot of respect for personal space and quiet times, however we do throw a few big ones a year with plenty of notice. As a group we do a lot together, from house dinners and pub outings to birthday trips abroad and music festivals.

We're situated in an area with a lot of other warehouses, with a local music venue bar and regular creative events in the community. The area is well-connected with Manor House and Seven Sisters tube stations nearby, 259/279/253/254 bus routes on your doorstep, and a short walk from a beautiful nature reservoir.
