We’re offering a 2-month sublet with the potential to become permanent in a beautiful 5-room warehouse unit on Fountayne Road. The room is available from Friday 19th December until the end of February, with flexibility to move in anytime between 19th December and 1st January 2026.
We’ve lived in the unit for many years and are genuinely looking for the right fit. This is no longer a party house - it’s calm, respectful, and well cared for.
The household:
Mixed, queer-friendly
Everyone is 28–35 and working in the creative world
(a mix of a student, music producers, artists, performers, a teacher, writer etc)
Friendly and relaxed - we socialise naturally, occasionally cook together/deep chats etc, while still valuing independence

Spacious, high-ceilinged warehouse unit with a calm atmosphere
Hot shower + bath
Oven + microwave

Fridges/food cupboards
