Double room in Harringay

Hiya!

My housemate (Josh) and I are looking for someone to come and live with us in our very nice home in Harringay.

We've got a double room available and the house itself is super spacious with a garden and loads of storage. Neither of us work from home, so the living space would essentially be all yours during the day. There is also parking available on the road outside.

We are two professionals working in the film industry and would love to find someone who also has creative passions. We keep a clean and tidy home (though not excessively so) and chill atmosphere. We are both very independent but equally like to spend time together watching reality tv with a takeaway or a good film. It's generally a quiet home but we do like the occasional house party or dinner party.

Our preference would definitely be a woman/non-binary person or someone who is LGBTQ+ as this is a Queer friendly household. Essentially we're not looking to live with a straight cis man. Also no right-wingers or Zionists.

Josh has a lovely cat called Ted so you would need to be comfortable with that. She’s very friendly once she gets to know you a bit.

Our housemate is moving out on the 20th January so would be looking for someone who is available to move as close to that time as possible.

The room is partly furnished including a bed and wardrobe. Photos are a bit old sorry, forgot to take new ones pre-hols but not much has changed.
