Hi all!
A room will be available from the 31st of January 2025. Room is furnished with a queen double bed, wardrobe, desk and side bed. The room will be located on the ground floor, as I am moving in the other room forniture will be different, wardrobe aside.
The house is located few minutes walk to turnpike lane station and there’s plenty of shops in the area, feel free to check it out.
Currently in the house there are 2 women from Italy and an English man, age between 24-38, 2 full time workers in the hospitality and a part-time/ student.
The house it’s not new but recently the Landlady has renewed the kitchen, front door and part of the bathroom, next will be the living room as at the moment we use it more like a storage/laundry room. As we rented the house as a whole some maintenance (garden/front/occasional light bulb) will be our responsibility as maintaining the house clean and tidy, we don’t have a cleaner but we would appreciate someone open to the idea. This is not a party house and we appreciate our privacy.
The bills are around £130 each.
