We have a spare room available in our three-bed flat. The flat has a fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, an open-plan living room, a good-sized bathroom with a bath, plus an additional upstairs loo. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.
Great location between two parks. About 15 minutes’ walk to Seven Sisters underground and 15 minutes to Green Lanes. Strong transport links, shops, and cafes nearby.
Current total rent is £2,000 per month split between three. Bills are shared fairly and cover everything, including council tax. At the moment this is around £805 each per month (Rent+bills). Deposit required.
You’ll be living with Billie (31, set design) and Holly (31, criminal justice NGO). Our current housemate Clara is moving out after buying her own flat. There is also a friendly dog in the flat (Macey, 7) so you need to be comfortable living with a dog.
Looking for someone reliable, tidy, and respectful of shared space. No smoking inside.
