Double bed- 610 pounds - zone 2 N4 1JP

Hi everybody,

We are looking for a new housemate, a man, for our place in Stanhope Gardens, just off Green Lanes (N4).

We have a furnished double room available. The rent is £610 per month, including all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax, internet). We are careful not to waste electricity or gas. The minimum contract is one year, with a one month deposit required. No couples, sorry. No pets.
The lower part of the window needs to be repaired. We are already waiting for someone to come and fix it, so at the moment you cannot open the lower part.

In terms of transport, Manor House (Piccadilly line, Zone 2) is about a 12 minute walk away. Harringay Green Lanes Overground is 3 minutes away, and Harringay rail station, which runs to Moorgate, is about an 8 minute walk. There are also many buses at the end of the road going into the city centre (29, 141, 341).

This is a five bedroom house. We have a living and dining room, a new kitchen, one bathroom with a second toilet downstairs, and a back garden.

About us: we are four men in our 30s, all working. We get on well without living in each other’s pockets. We would like someone quiet. We all share a passion for video games.
