I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my spot in a double room. Rent is £850/month. If you are a couple, it is £1000/month.
About the house:
1) Shared kitchen
2) One washroom on the ground floor, shared with you and a couple living downstairs. This washroom has the washer and dryer. There is another washroom upstairs.
3) 3 other housemates – all very chill, respectful, and mostly keep to themselves. We sometimes hang out in the shared living/dining area.
4) The cleaner comes once a month
5) Everyone in the house is helpful and easygoing.
Location:
1) Short walk to Wood Green and Turnpike Lane stations (Piccadilly Line).
2) Close to local markets, shops, and amenities.
3) Well-connected and convenient area.
Term:
1) You can stay for 1 month initially
2) Option to extend by re-signing the lease in March
