We are a creative household full of artists, musicians and other wonderful crafters! This is a queer house and we're looking for someone who would benefit from that kind of space. We would prefer someone 25yrs+ to join in loving and looking after our home but all we will always prioritise a good fit for the house! There are between 10-11 people living here at the moment but it's a big space so doesn't get too crowded.

This space is a balanced and caring home, so someone with a desire for community building is welcomed. We are focused on the creation of a safer space, healthy boundaries and open communication of our feelings and intentions.
We don't have a cleaner so we will need new housemates to be fully house trained and happy to muck in with maintaining the space.

We do like to have the very occasional party but mostly we enjoy hanging out, occasionally having house dinners, crafting together and other fun wholesome activity.

important info about the room:
~ it is a mezzanine room so you will have to climb a ladder to get to the bed (unless you change it up!)
~ very occasionally the ceiling does leak, the bed can be moved but the current flatmate does have the bed underneath the the drip
~ there is an amount of noise from vents and upstairs neighbours so room would suit someone not too noise sensitive!
