Lovely double room in a friendly house share in Harringay Green Lanes, N8, bills included!

Hello! My room on Green lanes is becoming available in the next few weeks!
I’m moving out of my room after almost 9 years to live with my partner. I’ve loved this place, the room and the house, which felt like home.

DETAILS:
RENT : £722 bills included
Deposit: £700
Contract is with a private landlord, no agencies checks so that makes the move smoother.
Move in date: 15th February , 20th February the latest.
If you can move in sooner than the 15, this is fine as well :)

About the room:
The room is a double room on the first floor, that looks onto the back garden, so it’s quiet and calm at night.
It comes semi furnished with double bed, a spacious wardrobe, a bookcase, shelves, chest of drawers and if you want/need also a clothes rail.
I moved here with friends almost 9 years ago and loved this place.

The house:
The house is Victorian two floors building, with wooden flooring, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a lovely back garden.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, lots of storage and 2 big fridges. Both the bathrooms have windows.

The Flatmates:

You will be living with 5 lovely and considerate flatmates, all in their late 20’s early 30’s, which interests spans from art to music, ecology, architecture, sociology and design. We are a group of creative and sociable people who like to keep the house a relaxed chill environment, where everyone cleans up after themselves and is respectful of each other. We are not party house but enjoy socialising in the common areas. We’re an LGBTQ+ friendly household. Sorry, no couples or pets allowed.

THE AREA:
The house is situated on the Harringey Ladder, just off Green Lanes and a short walk away from Finsbury Park.

In terms of transport, all of these stations are approx 10-15 min walk away:

Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly), Manor House (Piccadilly), Harringey Green Lanes (Overground), Haringey Station (Thameslink).

There is also a bus stop 1 min away from our road.
