Warehouse in Harringay

Hi! I am going away for at least two months over March and April (can be flexible on dates) and need to find a subletter for my room. It is a large double bedroom in a 20 person Warehouse. There is a huge communal living and kitchen area. Flatmates are all lovely, very creative and social bunch. We like to socialise and watch movies together in the main space or have drinks in the sunshine at the bar nearby. A real range of ages and types of people.

The bedroom is a double room, with large skylight windows. I will leave my furniture so there will be a double bed, desk, wardrobe etc.

Located in Harringay Warehouse District, 10 minute walk from Manor House tube station, 15 minute walk from Seven Sisters tube station and 15 minute walk from Stamford Hill overground. There's a Sainsburys and Aldi nearby. It is also located very near to Finsbury Park and the Woodberry Down Reservoir nature reserve.

Rent is £220 a week with a £600 deposit for the room. House kitty and all bills included in the rent (communal toilet roll, cleaning products etc.) There's a rota for bins, my name may come up whilst I am away in which case the responsibility would pass onto whoever subletting my room at the time. I am going to return back to London at the beginning of May so ideally need a subletter until then however can be slightly flexible with the specific day.
