It's a very good price first floor flat with nice neighbours downstairs (so we pick each others deliveries). Close to Dusty Knuckle and many shops around. Bus stop just few minutes walk from the flat.

Good size double room with a nice sunlight in the morning, facing garden. Double bed, wardrobe and desk.
Kitchen with a little cosy living room area and dining table.
I'm freelance photographer in my 30s. I like to cook, read and I travel quite often, so treat home as a place to relax. I'm not a party person and like to keep space clean. Have a lot of ceramic (love a good ceramic sample sale). Sometimes I look after sweet Bedlington whippet, so she might pop in and sleep on the sofa occasionally:)

Looking for professional like minded person, who is tidy and have common sense. Ideally not full-time working from home, few days is fine.
