Double room in lovely spacious home

Hello potential new housemate, I am sadly moving out, leaving Taran, Jo and Lottie looking for one of you to join them in our lovely house in Seven Sisters! It's only a twenty minute walk away from Seven Sisters station (Victoria Line) and a 15 minute walk from Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly), with two bus stops pretty much at our doorstep.

The house is very spacious, with a large kitchen area where we've enjoyed occasional dinner parties, a lovely garden that's perfect for gatherings in the summer and sunbathing, and a big cosy living room to watch stuff in. We're also lucky to have two gorgeous parks on either side of us and we’re nestled in-between West Green Road and Green Lanes, so plenty of great pubs and restaurants around.

The room is on the first floor, and is part furnished, with rent coming to £865 per month, and bills are usually around £105. The move in date is March 20th.

You’d be living with three friendly housemates in their late 20s / early 30s, who enjoy being in the house and nattering away, but also spend time out and about doing all sorts of random stuff - Taran starts salsa lessons soon, Jo does comedy and Lottie loves crocheting. We love the house and the area and have spent some time recently sprucing it up a bit and will be doing more over the next few months to free it from the landlord white and grey, and get it ready for the summer (garden party????)! Everyone pitches in to keep the place tidy and make it cozy and want someone who wants to do the same, make a house a home and all that jazz.
